TREC opens up a world of opportunity, citizenship, confidence and employability to SEN learners aged 16-25.
TREC has a board of directors and all directors have been in post and active on the Board from the date of opening in September 2016. They set strategic direction and the values of the college, and the college operates in accordance with its mission and objectives.
Governors play a vital role in shaping strategic direction our college ensuring accountability, enhancing the quality of education.
This includes strategic leadership, accountability, community engagement, financial oversight and policy development.
Their contributions are invaluable in raising education standards, and addressing needs of local community.

The senior leadership team at the college carries full responsibility for day to day management of keeping children safe in education as part of the safeguarding team. We all work together to safeguard the learners and staff at the college.
